Location: Phoenix, AZ - Type: Full time

Our Phoenix division is one of our newest locations with great potential for growth. We are looking for driven people with the entrepreneurial spirit to come in and want to grow within our organization. This division has excellent opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies and perform general bookkeeping tasks
  • Photocopy documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide general information to clients and public
  • Respond to telephone, in person or electronic inquiries
  • Send and receive messages and documents
  • Sort, process and verify forms and documents
  • Work with sales on writing work orders Education
  • Post Secondary Education Qualifications
  • Previous administrative/sales assistant experience
  • Quickbooks knowledge Skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Well organized
  • Works well in a team

Compensation:

Depending on Qualifications per hour
