Fusion Sign and Design is actively seeking an Architectural Sign Painter. Fusion Sign and Design, with our corporate office located in Riverside, CA, is a full-service sign manufacturer. Our Southern California office opened in 2007 and has expanded into Northern California with additional offices located in Las Vegas, NV and Colorado Springs, CO. We also provide service in areas such as Phoenix, AZ, Reno, NV and Salt Lake City, UT. Fusion Sign and Design provides consultation, design, project management, fabrication and installation services for a full line of interior, exterior and digital sign products.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include prepping and painting all types of architectural signage, including aluminum, sign foam, acrylics, PVC, wood, etc. Ideal teammate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while striving to improve processes and capabilities of the entire department. This is a hands-on, working position.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on production painting experience required, plus a High School diploma or GED. Experience with spray painting systems required. Experience with the Matthews Paint System is preferred. Candidate must be self-directed and able to work with little oversight. Teammate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performance metrics. Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
