Primary responsibilities include prepping all types of architectural signage, including aluminum, sign foam, acrylics, PVC, woodetc. Ideal teammate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while striving to improves process and capablities of entire department. This is a hands on working position.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands on production painting experience required, plus a highschool diploms or GED.
- Experience with spray painting systems required.
- Experience with the Matthew’s paint system perferred
- Candidate must be self-directed and able to work with little oversight
- Teammate must have a desire to cintribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performances metrics.
- Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Meal Schedule:
10 Minute Break: 10:00am
Lunch: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
10 Minute Break: 3:00pm
