Work Closely with Sales Staff on any upcoming projects and get all necessary information needed to complete all jobs. Coordinate with all staff to ensure all jobs are handled by the due dates and manage service product inventory. Responsible for all hiring and training of weekend service staff and payroll of service staff, including 19 placers. Will need to review and be familiar with city codes, mood of enforcement in each city and handle all permitting of signage and all ground lease research and leases needed by clients. A company cell phone will be provided in order to handle all weekend hotline calls that come in.

Weekend Service Manager must be wiling to have what it takes to go the extra mile to get things done. Service department can be very fast paced with time sensitive requests. The weekend manager must be able to work well with others and have good organization and communication skills. The weekend Service Department requires total commitment!
