Project Name: AMLI Old Pasadena
AMLI Old Pasadena is a new village of modern homes with styled amenities mixed with a fresh retail and workspaces collection. In the heart of historic Old Pasadena, California. A block off Colorado Boulevard with a high walkability score and a friendly and creative setting that brings a whole new twist to Old Pasadena apartments.

Types of Signage Used on the Project:
Exterior Signage:
- An electrical blades Main Building ID sign, utilizing channel letters with neon lighting
Garage & Parking Structure Signage:
- Signage system for multi-level parking garage including wayfinding, clearance bars, space numbers, regulatory and wall graphics
Interior Building Signage:
- ADA unit ID’s, wayfinding, evacuation plan plaques, secondary room ID’s and all signage for the leasing center
A Unique Challenge:
- This project is in a historic district that held standards for signage design. It is also a LEED-certified project that requires lower-power options for electrical signage used. Fusion Sign helped modify the designs of all signage to meet the city requirements.
