Project Name: Audie Murphy Ranch
Audie Murphy Ranch is a thriving master-planned community in Menifee, CA, with resort-style amenities, lush parks, and miles of trails and community paseos that connect you with nature and open space. New neighborhoods by prestigious builders are coming to life here, surrounded by the rugged silhouettes of the San Jacinto and San Bernardino mountains. One of Southern California’s fastest-growing cities, Menifee is rated as one of the 10 top cities for growth. It puts you near everyday conveniences and moments from top schools, including the brand-new onsite Elementary School.

Types of Signage Used on the Project:
Exterior Signage:
- Monuments at the entrance of each community that consist of freestanding walls that have project logo cut to shape with painted finish stud mounted to face
- Wayfinding signs to direct potential homebuyers to each community within the masterplan
- Onsite and offsite marketing signage that consist of 4’x8’ to 10’ x 20’ painted post mounted signs
Interior Building Signage:
- Sales office signage and interior design displays, including Sales Info signs and model IDs
- Wayfinding signs to help direct prospective homebuyers on the model tours
A Unique Challenge:
This project was one of the first masterplan communities in the city of Menifee. Fusion Sign was integral in helping our builder client navigate through the signage process.
