Monument Sign: Backlit Channel Letters
Client Name: Lewis Management, over sixty years of the tradition of quality, integrity, and stability that was of paramount importance to Ralph and Goldy Lewis when they founded their home building firm in Claremont in 1955. A developer of more than 57,000 homes, 10,000 apartments, and 14 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space.

Architectural & Electrical Signage:
- Monument Sign: This was a team effort. The landscape architecture firm designed the monuments and Fusion Sign fabricated and installed the backlit channel letters of the community name, the trellises, and the logo marks. Backlit channel letter signs allow for night visibility while remaining beautiful during the day. It captures the traffic of future homeowners 24/7.
